Patrick Charles - Photographer

I seek to capture the beauty, scale and complexity that dense urban environments present.
I enjoy the technical challenges presented by long exposure photography and prefer to shoot in low-light conditions where subjects are bathed in ambient light.
For me, the camera is a tool which can expose barely perceptible light, making it possible to "peer into the shadows" and capture the rich colors, textures and patterns which surround us.
